Payment terms:Prices are indicated in RUB without VAT, including all taxes (except VAT), fees and duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including all related expenses (travel, accommodation, daily allowance, etc.)

The Buyer transfers 100% to the Supplier's current account within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the transfer acceptance certificate (provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with originals, properly executed primary accounting documents). The Buyer's obligations to make payments are considered fulfilled upon debiting the amounts of the corresponding payment from the Buyer's current account. Payment to the Customer's warehouse is not charged.

X5 Group Office/Remotely. The timing of the withdrawal of the team is determined for each Lot individually.

Comments:
Bidders can submit bids for participation in one or all lots.

The Bidder must complete and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 (RFP) of the Bid Documentation, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [06 Qualification Requirements.xlsx].

The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the bid documentation is indicative and represents the amount that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Group, including after selecting a winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for prices and offers is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
Bidders should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their bids.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
