Within the 1st stage, it is necessary to fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [05 Qualification Requirements.xlsx]
The deadline for submitting an application within the 1st stage: until 17:00h (Moscow time) 07.02.2023
