The Bidder must complete and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [05 Qualification Requirements.xlsx] - see column 4.

Questions within the framework of stage #1 of the procurement procedure are accepted by 12:00 (Moscow time) on 11/08/2023.
All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure should be formalized by the Bidders in writing and sent to e-mail: Konkurs@x5.ru

The request is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Customer is not obliged to choose the Winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received bids.
