Number of notebook shipments per month: 10 to 30 pcs

Only a legal entity must be the executor of the contract.
The Contractor must work out warranty cases promptly and qualitatively (the contract must have a section in question).
The customer has the right to enter into a framework agreement with multiple participants.
A framework agreement with a member can be entered into with one of the legal entities of the Usetech Group of Companies.
Only one legal entity may participate in a competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is seen as restricting competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.

This procedure of requesting offers is not an auction or contest, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations with the customer of choice supplier.

The participant's offer must be as follows:
commercial offer on participant form;
questionnaire
incorporation documents;
b. balance over the last 3 years;
3 years of similar supply contracts, with validation of its sales, transport bills;
draft contract.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
