Payment terms:The price of the product is given excluding VAT-20%, but includes all costs of packaging, labeling, loading and unloading and delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse Mezhdurechensk, storage facilities.
The buyer pays by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account in the following order: 100% of the cost of goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The supplied products shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk. Products delivery time: 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the Agreement by the Buyer.
The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured.

Comments:
1) It is mandatory to upload a commercial offer (offer) signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization (please submit a proposal in the form of the Offer Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation).
2) It is mandatory to sign with the winners of the auction, by e-mail (or other accessible means), the Agreement on the rights and obligations of the parties (Appendix No. 6).
3) A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
4) The quantity can be changed in case of change of applications.
