WE PAY YOUR ATTENTION to changes in the procurement procedure, now instead of a commercial proposal from the supplier, you must fill out the form and annex to it, which are in the procurement documentation. Filling in is required, otherwise the application will not be considered.
1. MANDATORY must be attached: commercial proposal, certificates and passports for goods and materials.
2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, please provide supporting documents.
4. If you submit your offer, you also automatically agree to the form of our framework contract.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
