Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not applicable. The proposals contain an advance payment will not be considered. Deferment of payment of not more than 30 calendar days from receipt of the Goods at the warehouse of the buyer, provided that the quality of the originals of the documents to the buyer the invoice, call tag.
Delivery terms:1. Year of manufacture products not previously 4 quarter of 2017.
2. Warranty period -12 months but not less than the manufacturer's warranty. Quality of delivered products within the duration of the warranty period shall correspond to functional features (consumer properties) of the goods. In the event of a change in the quality of the product during the warranty period of storage (shelf life), the supplier is obliged to replace the defective products to a new expense.
3. Delivery time of products no later than 15th day of the month specified in the procurement documentation.
4. Supplied batteries must be new.
