Two lots are sold "as is" without warranty obligations on the part of the seller. We draw your attention to the fact that this implementation procedure is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or terminate the procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
