Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:Preferred payment terms: deferred payment from 45 to 90 days. This criterion is critical in terms of winner selection. Please give your best offer.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse at: Russian Federation, 607650, Nizhegorodskaya oblast, Kstovskiy rayon, Kstovo, Zapadniy microdistrict, RusVinyl area.
Please attach the proposal indicating the nearest delivery time, price, payment terms, as well as send copies of constituent documents according to the list in the appendix. A quality certificate is also required.

Supporting documentation for delivery - invoice, invoice, payment invoice, quality certificate indicating the batch number and production date, safety data sheet in Russian, with signature and seal.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The Customer also has the right to refuse to conduct a request for quotations at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Participants.

The selection of a supplier is based on an internal evaluation process.
