2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- positive experience in the supply of similar items to shipping companies in the Russian Federation.
3. It is necessary to supply anodes in the composition, according to the drawing (see PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION).
4. In addition, cable glands and cable glands are included in the scope of delivery (drawings in PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION).
5. On the use of fasteners, in addition to the drawing, the following explanation:
A round plastic rim (under the diameter of the anode) is worn on the anode with a groove around the entire circumference. On the surface of the vessel where it is planned to install the anode, there are holes (two for each mount). Using a C-shaped metal bracket (placed in a groove on a plastic rim) with thread on both sides, the anode is attached to the surface of the vessel. Each anode is attached with two brackets.
6. Please ask all questions regarding the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
7. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.
8. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial proposal, without fail, the details of the proposed items should be displayed with reference to the drawing, or with an appendix thereof.
9. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of at least one claim of the applicant, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
