There is no advance payment. Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the work (stage of work performance) by the Contractor. The term of payment for the work performed under the contract (a separate stage of the contract), concluded based on the results of the purchase with the contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive), is within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the document on acceptance of work performed under the contract (a separate stage of the contract). The term for payment for the work performed under the contract (a separate stage of the contract), concluded based on the results of the procurement with a small and medium-sized business entity, is within 15 working days from the date the Customer signs the document on acceptance of the work performed under the contract.
The answer to the request must unambiguously determine the price of a unit of work (service) with the attachment of a price structure with explanations for the items - wages fund, travel expenses, work and services of a production nature performed by third-party organizations.
The cost of the work performed must include all the costs necessary to complete the full range of work, including the cost of transportation, insurance, obtaining a bank guarantee, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments, and other costs when performing work.
We inform you that sending a technical and commercial proposal and providing you with a calculation of the cost of work (services) does not impose any additional obligations on the Parties.
