- This request for proposals is open for selecting the source of supply on the electronic trading platform. We ask you to send a commercial offer on letterhead with the signature of the manager with the maximum possible discount. Conducting this request for proposals does not mean that the choice will be made in favor of the winner. The source of supply will be selected based on the achievement of optimal delivery conditions.

Required price format : - fixed value, RUB/ton-for Technical and Commercial Proposals only for the period April
- pricing formula
C= LME (cf. the value of the previous month of shipment) - x%, USD/ton,
at the exchange rate on the date of shipment.
LME - average value of quotations for the month preceding the month of shipment;
x is the discount value (at least 30%)

Please NOTE: To calculate the present value, use the following conditional values: LME=$2585/ton, $=92 rubles


- Buyer's tolerance by quantity ± 25%. The quantity of products indicated in the Procured item is indicative, calculated according to statistical needs, and may differ from the quantity confirmed for Call for Bidding.

- A contract in the form of a buyer.

- Penalty requirements: in case of failure of the agreed delivery time, the Supplier pays the Buyer an unconditional fine in the amount of 20% of the amount of the specification to the contract.
