Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:A delay in payment of 10 calendar days or more is desirable, we are considering other conditions.
Delivery terms:By the supplier's efforts to the buyer's address, the shipping cost must be included in the price of the goods.

Comments:
The contract will be concluded from LLC "ZernoTorg".
The supplier must be a manufacturer or an authorized distributor. Please attach the relevant documents (availability of quality certificates).
Proposals are accepted via ETP B2B-Center.
