1. Acceptance of the text of the contract of the Customer.
2. The approximate amount of the contract is 4,900,000 rubles. without VAT.
3. The customer has the right to increase the size of the services provided without increasing the amount of the contract, if such services do not exceed 10%.
4. The customer reserves the right to:
• at any time, refuse to continue carrying out this procurement procedure, change the terms of its conduct, not respond to received proposals and not give comments, and also refuse to conclude an agreement with the Contractor, whose proposal was recognized as the best according to the results of the procurement procedure. In this case, the Contractor shall bear any costs associated with participation in the Procurement procedure on its own, the specified costs shall not be reimbursed by the Customer under any circumstances.
• Distribute the supply volumes between the Contractors who sent the best commercial offers.
5. Conformity of the work performed to the relevant regulatory and technical documents.
6. The Contractor is responsible for the quality and timely delivery of services.
7. The cost of work should include all costs of the Contractor (delivery of the report (report) to the Customer’s address, travel, overhead and other expenses associated with the work, except the cost of delivery of the test sample to the address of the Contractor) and should not be adjusted upwards.
8. A correction of the volume of work and the total cost of the contract to the smaller side after the request for quotations (bidding) is allowed.
9. Work is carried out at the request of the Customer. Samples are delivered to the address of the Contractor by the Customer and transmitted under the act of acceptance. Upon completion of work, the Contractor sends an electronic version of the conclusion (report) to the Customer’s address with the subsequent submission of the original.
10. To take part in the commission to investigate the causes of poor-quality performance of work, to provide the commission with all the materials necessary for the investigation of poor-quality work.
11. Provide the Customer with an acceptance certificate for the work performed for the work actually performed within 5 working days, but no later than the 30th day of the current month.
12. Provide the Customer with the opportunity to monitor the implementation of work at all stages and in this regard provide normative and technical documentation, according to which work and other necessary information are performed. To provide unhindered access for the Customer’s representatives to the place of work (services).
13. Alternative proposals are being considered.
14. Provide in the proposal a list of analyzes for each position (report format).
15. The necessary equipment for sampling should be included in the cost of the analyzes for each item (container, tube, syringe (pump), etc.).
