Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The work performed is payable by the Customer no later than 35 (thirty five) business days after the Customer accepts the result of the work on the basis of the following circumstances and documents:
Payment invoice received by the Customer;
The Act of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties;
Invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on taxes and fees

The Customer pays for the Software Activation Services within 35 (thirty five) business days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the software activation services.

The customer pays for the Services for access to the provision of technical support on the basis of the act of completion. The certificate of work performed signed by the Contractor in 2 copies shall be transmitted by the Contractor to the Customer.
