Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The completed work is payable by the customer within 35 (thirty-five) working days after the customer has received the result of the work based on the following circumstances and documents:
- the invoice received by the customer;
- the work acceptance certificate signed by the parties;
- invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax and fee legislation.
The remuneration shall be paid by the sublicensee within 35 working days from the date of transfer of the right to use the software to the sublicensee under the act of acceptance and transfer of the software rights to based on the sublicensee's payment invoice.
The customer pays for access to technical support based on the certificate of work performed. The performer submits the act of completed works signed on the part of the performer in 2 copies to the customer.
