Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Licenses: Payment of remuneration is made within 35 (thirty five) working days from the date of transfer of the right to use the software to the Sublicensee under the act of transfer and acceptance of the rights to use the software on the basis of an invoice received by the Sublicensee for payment.
Implementation: The work performed is subject to payment by the Customer no later than 35 (Thirty five) working days after the Customer accepts the work result on the basis of the following circumstances and documents:
- an invoice for payment received by the Customer;
- the acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
- an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on taxes and fees.
Technical support: payment for services is made on a quarterly basis after the submission of certificates of completion.
Delivery terms:Indicate the terms of delivery in commercial, technical proposals (forms 2, 3).
