Comments:
The Bidder companies of the request for proposals must submit a technical and commercial proposal (Technical and Commercial Proposal) for the performance of work on the bid, which, at a minimum, should reflect the following:
o Schedule of the Project.
o Project Resource Plan.
o The cost of performing the work must contain the cost of performing the work, in the context of the stages indicated above.
o For the stages of pilot operation, replication of the solution, as well as the warranty period, it is required to specify the SLA for processing and correcting comments and defects, depending on the level of criticality. The period of correction of critical defects should not exceed 4 hours.
