2. To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production shall be unchanged for the whole period of delivery (written confirmation).
