Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Non–cash payment in the order of 100% upon delivery with a delay in payment of at least 20 banking days, a longer delay in payment is welcome, payment days are Tuesday/Thursday.
In case of claim for prepayment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee of one of the TOP 10 banks for the amount of prepayment.

This competitive procedure for the selection of a Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. An organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the Bid Notice may be rejected by the Organizer without explanation and recognized as this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
The commercial offer must specify:
- technical characteristics of the machine specified in the terms of reference.
- the cost of a unit of equipment.
- the cost of delivery of equipment to the buyer's warehouse.
- Brand and model of equipment;
- Terms of delivery - by the supplier's forces and means to the buyer's warehouse;
- Delivery time;
- Terms of payment;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Warranty period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) in the event that the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the offer.
Venue of bidding:
