To participate in the procurement procedure it is necessary to strengthen the package of documents:
1. The commercial offer on the letterhead of the organization must contain information about
- term of work in calendar days;
- value in rubles excluding VAT (indicating the taxation system).
- warranty period;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC within 40 calendar days from the date of signing of acts of performed works);
- acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of delay);
- data on business reputation, namely implemented projects, letters of thanks, experience of working with RUSAGRO group;
- date and validity period of the commercial offer (expiration no earlier than 1 month from the date of issuance);
2. Copy of financial/tax statements for the last reporting period
