Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1) The KP must be issued on official letterhead stamped and signed by the supervisor and attached to the loading documentation.
2) The CP must specify
- the cost of TMC incl. VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including the packaging (only according to the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96)
- The units of measurement in the CP must match those requested;
- product attitude (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc. );
- delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse;
- Warranty conditions
- Estimated volume and weight (per volume)
- delivery method
- agreement to the contract.
3) The product must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of display of the TAP;
4) Certificates of Conformity, Passport, Quality Certificate must be attached to KP
5) Before shipment it is necessary to provide a photo card of the product packaging, a photo of the product labeling (labeling requirements in the loaded documentation)
6) Criteria for choosing the best offer: acceptance of our form contract, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience;
7) This request for proposal procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
8) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose a corresponding amount of civil liability on the Customer
