Payment terms:The form of payment is non-cash. The buyer undertakes to make 100% payment within 2 business days from the date of signing the contract.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure must attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization, as well as documents listed below. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of the Bidder.

3. It is located at the production base of LLC "GSI-NHM" Samara st. Grozny 55. Pickup by the buyer.

4. Terms of delivery: the export of goods is carried out by and at the expense of the Buyer.

To be provided upon request for proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer;
- TIN certificate;
- OGRN certificate;
- Certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The Charter;
- A document on appointment (election) to the position of head;
- A card with samples of signatures;
- Document on the application of the simplified taxation system (if used);
- Buh balance for 2020-2022;
- VAT declaration for 2022.
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract in the Seller's editorial office.

The validity period of the buyer's offer is at least 45 days.

The cost must be indicated taking into account the pickup by the Buyer.

Note: this price request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
