7. Requirements for the performer
7.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
7.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
7.3. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIF. According to Appendix No. 1.
7.4. Provision of health and safety measures for safe work methods at the facility.
8. Conditions of work
8.1. Work at an operating enterprise.
8.2. Development of PPR or PPRK is carried out by the Contractor.
8.3. Lifting mechanisms for receiving, transporting and supplying materials are provided by the Contractor.
8.4. The warranty period for corrosion protection of gas pipelines is 24 months.

10. Requirements for the performer:
- Permits (SRO, licenses, permits).
- Development by the contractor of PPR, PPRK, RTI.
- Availability of attestation of the head, engineering technician, industrial safety workers at the HIF.
- Availability of medical clearance of personnel to work at HIF.
—Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the availability of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order for appointment to a position in the contractor, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
