If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
25% advance payment within 10 business upon contract conclusion with the selected Supplier, 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of the products to the specified warehouse, delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the cost of products, delivery cost should be indicated separately.
Comments: product requirements:
1) Commercial Technical Proposal shall specify the product manufacturer;
2) The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of the Proposal;
3) The products shall be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport , quality certificate
4) Contract awarding criteria: quality, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
5) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not subject to Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
6) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
7) Before shipment, you must fill out a packing list (see example in procurement documentation), stick packing list on the packaging with the product, a copy to send to the customer by e-mail.
8) An obligatory condition is granting KPA in format WORD indicating a separate line of transportation costs.
9) Need for 2018 year. Single supply.
