Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
For a winner who is NOT a SME subject:
5.2. Payment of the cost of the products specified in the specification is carried out after documenting the delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer of the delivered products in accordance with Section IV of this Contract, within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the waybill and passing the input control based on the original invoice for payment, invoice -Factures received from the Contractor.
For the winner of the SME entity:
5.2. Payment of the cost of the products specified in the specification is carried out after documenting the delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer of the delivered products in accordance with Section IV of this Contract, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the waybill and passing the input control based on the original invoice for payment, invoice -Factures received from the Contractor.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
