Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Products by the Buyer. Proposals implying payment deferral of over 30 days shall be considered based on the maximum possible term (30 days).
Delivery terms:1. Fixing prices for the period until the conclusion of the contract. 2. To supply products that are accepted compulsory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. 3. The shelf life of the products at the time of delivery shall be not less than 75% of the time period established by the manufacturer. 4. The manufacturer's quality passport upon delivery of the products. 5. Delivery of products on the basis of written application. The application shall specify the date of delivery, name, quantity and delivery address. 6. The quantity to be delivered, the delivery time can be adjusted by the customer depending on production needs. Not chosen by the customer during the period of validity of the contract products are not available and no party is paid by the customer.
