Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:deferred payment not more than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products to the customer's warehouse. Cashless payments. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered.
Delivery terms:1. Delivery time of products no later than 15th day of the month specified in the contract specification.
2. Permissible tolerance of delivered products +/-10%.
3. Availability of the document confirming the quality of the products at the moment of the handing over of the goods to the buyer's warehouse.
