Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% percent is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Goods arrive at the Buyer's warehouse and after the Buyer receives from the Supplier the following documents for the shipped Goods:
- invoices or UPD sent through the EDI system;
- consignment note in the form of TORG-12 sent through the EDM system.
Delivery terms:Delivery time until 01.04.2021
The cost of goods must include delivery to the buyer's warehouse. In the commercial proposal, specify a detailed description of the manufacturing process.

Comments:
1. To participate in the competition on the ETP, you must download the official TCH (in the files tab). Proposals from suppliers who have not downloaded the TCH will not be considered !!! I draw your attention to the fact that independent control will be carried out (visit to the manufacturer)
2. Required payment terms - payment upon delivery within 30 (calendar) days.
3. Delivery time until 03/15/2021. is indicative; when participating in a tender, indicate the actual delivery time.
Attach commercial offers and indicate the category: manufacturer, dealer (mandatory presence of a dealer certificate), trading house, etc.
4. Special requirements for the quality of goods of original factory design, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer for each item of inventory. Affiliation with the manufacturer is confirmed by dealer certificates.
5. The supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment of the goods, the original invoice, two originals of the TORG-12 invoice and a copy of the receipt of acceptance of the goods for transportation for the shipped goods. Invoices must be drawn up in accordance with clauses 5 and 6 of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.12.2000. No. 914. If the price of the goods is indicated in foreign currency, the amounts indicated on the invoice must be expressed in the same foreign currency.
6. Certificate of conformity, quality certificate is required.
7. A safety data sheet is required.
8. Special requirements for packaging and transportation - packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.
9. Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer. Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the contract.
10. Price including VAT (20%), transportation costs are included in the price of the goods, the cost of packaging is included in the price of the goods.
11. The following information is required in the TCH: Cost of goods including delivery; The relevance of the cost is at least 1 month
Manufacturer of the product (name and country); Delivery time (from the date of signing the specification); Terms of payment.
