1. The participant who took part in the procedure (who made the offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
- Commercial offer with the price for the unit of the lot and for the whole lot.
- Charter (with all additions and changes, if they were).
- Certificate of state registration.
- Certificate of tax registration.
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
- Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a note of the tax authority on acceptance.
- Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of Attorney.
2. This trading procedure is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 articles of the Civil Code. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers at any time from the date of their announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
