1. The participant who participated in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload the following documents to the system:
- Commercial offer indicating the price per unit of the lot and for the whole lot.
- Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
- Certificate of the state registration.
- Certificate of tax registration.
- Extract from USRLE.
- Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
- Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
2. This trading procedure is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer has the right to refuse all proposals received at any time from the day of their announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
