The Participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system (downloading these documents is optional if the Participant has them in the Personal Account, and the Participant must indicate this in his proposal) :
1.1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
1.2. Certificate of state registration.
1.3. Certificate of tax registration.
1.4. Extract from the register.
1.5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
1.6. Documents confirming the representative’s authority to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
1.7. Commercial offer for the supply of goods (estimate)
2. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations.
3. It is assumed that the contract between the Procurement Organizer and the Winner will be concluded within 10 business days after the date of determination.
