The Participant who took part in the procedure (who made the proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents into the system (downloading these documents is optional if the Participant has them in the Personal Account, and the Participant must indicate this in his proposal) :
1.1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if they were).
1.2. Certificate of state registration.
1.3. Certificate of tax registration.
1.4. Certificate of Incorporation.
1.5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority.
1.6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign the documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of Attorney.
1.7. Commercial Offer 2. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Customer a corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations.
3. It is assumed that the contract between the Procurement Organizer and the Winners will be concluded within 30 business days after the date of determining the winner.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
