1.1. Устав (со всеми дополнениями и изменениями, если они были).

1.5. Бухгалтерский баланс по состоянию на последнюю отчетную дату с отметкой налогового органа о принятии.
1.6. Документы, подтверждающие полномочия представителя на подписание документов:
— Решение (Протокол).

1.7. Коммерческое предложение по поставке товара (смету)
2. Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 части первой Гражданского кодекса РФ. Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 части второй ГК РФ. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложений не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
3. Предполагается, что договор между Организатором закупки и Победителем будет заключен в течение 10 рабочих дней после даты определения.

2. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations.
3. It is assumed that the contract between the Procurement Organizer and the Winner will be concluded within 10 business days after the date of determination.
