Under the contract The new tenant (third person) undertakes to exercise all rights and obligations of JSC "EPM-CHEZ" under the agreement of 16.06.2017 № 1045.
JSC "EPM-CHEZ" guarantees that at the time of signing the contract of assignment of rights and obligations all the terms of the lease, including the payment of rental payments for the expired lease period will be fulfilled in full, on time and in a proper manner, Any reasonable claims on the part of the landlord. This contract is subject to mandatory state registration. It is assumed that the documents for registration of assignment of rights and obligations will be sent to the registering body within 3 (three) working days, from the moment of receiving the consent of the main Directorate of Forests of Chelyabinsk region for the fulfillment of the transaction.
The following documents must be attached to the commercial offer:
