The passage of these accreditations is one of the key and controlled conditions for choosing a supplier for METALLOINVEST Group enterprises.
2. Call for Bidding is carried out in 3 stages, the 1st stage is the submission of technical documentation, the 2nd stage is the commercial part. Stage 3 –request for updated technical and commercial offers/discounts. If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the Technical and Commercial Proposal may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected. It is also necessary to consider the standard form of the contract and, in case of disagreement with the proposed form of the contract, when submitting an bid, it is necessary to provide a protocol of disagreement. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
