Payment terms:
1. Payment is desirable within 60-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 5).
2. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of an obligation under the contract, the Contractor shall pay the Customer a penalty in the amount of 1% of the cost of work under this contract for each day of delay.
3. Acceptance of works is carried out one-time upon completion of works. The Contractor, no later than the 25th day of the reporting month, submits for consideration to the Customer for verification and signing the Acceptance Act of the work performed (form No. KS-2), not later than 3 (three) business days before the end of the reporting month, a Certificate of the cost of work performed costs (form No. KS-3) and an invoice of the sample established in the Russian Federation
Delivery terms:
1. Operating production.
2. During the overhaul of the TPU-220 mill, the contractor must perform a full range of restoration work to clean the pipelines of the TPU-220 dirty recycling cycle.
Due to the saturation of the workshop with equipment, the use of machines is limited, it is possible to use small electric or hand winches, with cleaning the line from well to well.
1) - section: length 145 m, pipeline diameter 350-400 mm, depth 2300-3600 mm.
2) - section: length 149 m, pipeline diameter 250-400 mm, depth 3000-3850 mm.
3. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).
4. Signing the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6);
5. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PNTZ JSC - must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Sverdlovsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Sverdlovsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, housing lease agreements, etc. .), or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- observe a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
6. Signing of the DS to the contract on the provision of PPE (Appendix 7).
