Comments:
RUSAL Achinsk, JSC offers to purchase non-ferrous scrap. Additionally we inform:
- 100% prepayment for the goods;
- Shipment of the Goods from the warehouse of the Seller by shipment at own expense.
- availability of a license;

The contract (agreement) will be concluded with the bidder, the proposal of which was recognized as the best offer based on the results of the assessment stage and took first place according to the results of the ranking of proposals by degree of preference. Upon receipt of commercial offers with the same price for the goods sold, we will be forced to schedule a rebate. The notice is sent to all participants who sent commercial offers.
I propose to indicate the highest possible prices.

RUSAL Achinsk JSC reserves the right to reject a quotation for participation in the selection if:
- the buyer did not provide a quotation within the above period in clause 1.1. of this Letter;
- The facts of providing the buyer with unreliable information are revealed;
RUSAL Achinsk JSC reserves the right, if it is not possible to determine the best commercial offer and in order to ensure equal competitive conditions for all bidders, send a list of maximum prices to all bidders (without specifying the buyers who offered these prices) and offer all participants selection to adjust and offer their final commercial offers.
RUSAL Achinsk JSC reserves the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winners of the selection.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
