Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.
:		0,5% of total amount
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:30% advance,
30% on the fact of readiness for shipment,
40% within 10 days of signing shipping documents.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: within 45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Delivery of products is carried out by means of the Supplier to the warehouse of the Buyer JSC "NK Refinery" Samara region, Moscow Novokuibyshevsk, ul. Scientific, d. 2. The costs of packaging and delivery of products to the Buyer's on-site warehouse must be included in the price of the product.

Comments:
1. Technical questions on the procedure to ask using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier providing an authorized letter or contract purchase and sale with the official manufacturer (confirming documents the participant provides simultaneously with the application).

3. Requirements for the preparation of a technical and commercial proposal, a list of necessary documents from the Participant of the request for proposals (YL, IP), signing of the Supply Agreement are indicated in the attached Documentation.
In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

4. Full proposals are priority, according to the request.

5. The validity period of the price offer of suppliers is not less than 30 days.

6. The cost of products must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

7. Products should be new, 2021 year of production.

8. This request for proposals is not a notice of the contest (public competition) or
public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Thus,
This procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason
or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants!
