Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Advance payment - 30% of the delivery amount. Payment - 70% within 20 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. (other payment terms are being considered)

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor, or the supplier providing an authorized letter or sales contract with the official manufacturer (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the application).

3. Participants of this procedure must attach a file to their proposals in electronic form in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

4. The priority offers are offers with a full range and quantity of products. The organizer has the right to consider proposals for analogues if their cost is more than 15% lower than those specified in the procedure.

5. The period of validity of the suppliers' price offer is at least 45 days.

6. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

7. Offered products, incl. analogues must comply with the stated technical requirements. Products must be new, 2020-2021.

8. This request for proposals is not a tender (public tender) notice or
public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this way,
This procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason
or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
