Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's authorized dealer, or the distributor or supplier providing the authorised letter or contract Sales with the official manufacturer (the participant provides supporting documents at the same time as the application).
3. Participants in this procedure must attach a scanned copy of their offer signed by an authorized person and certified to their electronic proposals the seal of the organization participating in the procedure. 4. Proposals with full range and quantity of products are prioritized.
5. Vendor quotation period is not less than 60 days.

8. This Request for Proposals does not constitute a notice of competition (public competition) or
public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus,
