Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Prepayment - 30% of the delivery amount. Payment of 70% within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the consignment to the Consignee.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: Within 60 calendar days from the date of the contract conclusion and prepayment.
Delivery of products is carried out by the Supplier's motor transport to the on-site warehouse of the Consignee. The costs of packaging and delivery of products to the onsite warehouse of the Consignee must be included in the cost of products.

Comments:
1. Ask technical questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor, or the supplier providing an authorized letter or sales contract with the official manufacturer (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the application).

3. Requirements for the preparation of a technical and commercial proposal (form No. 1), a list of necessary documents from the Participant of the request for proposals (legal entity, individual entrepreneur), the signing of the Supply Agreement, the design documentation of the CM project are indicated in the Procedure Documentation.
In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

4. The priority offers are proposals with a minimum price, full range and quantity of products.

5. The period of validity of the suppliers' price offer is at least 120 days.

6. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

7. The offered products must comply with the declared technical requirements (see General data of the project).

8. This request for proposals is not a tender (public tender) notice or
public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this way,
The specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil law
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason
or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants!
