Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

50% final payment within 30 kd after delivery of products to consignee's warehouse
Delivery terms:Delivery time: by Supplier TKP.
The product is delivered by the Supplier's vehicle to the Buyer's warehouse (Novy Urengoy City + 30 kilometers on the existing paved road to the Buyer's attached warehouse).
The cost of shipping products to the Buyer's warehouse must be included in the price of the products.
