Ranking of bids

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Advance payment - 20%. Payment of the rest of the amount - within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: within 20 days from the date of advance payment.
Delivery of products is carried out by railway transport to the Buyer's warehouse (Irkutsk region, Ust-Kut, Geologicheskaya st., 2, Alrosa-Terminal for Parkneft LLC). The costs of delivering products to the onsite warehouse of the Buyer must be included in the cost of the products.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor, or the supplier who provides an authorized letter or sales contract with the official manufacturer (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the application).

3. Participants of this procedure must attach a file to their proposals in electronic form in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

4. The priority offers are proposals with a full range and quantity of products.

5. The period of validity of the suppliers' price offer is at least 60 days.

6. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

7. Offered products, incl. analogues must comply with the stated technical requirements. Products must be new, 2019-2020

8. This request for proposals is not a tender (public tender) notice or
a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this way,
The specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil law
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason
or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
