Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Prepayment - 30% of the delivery amount. 70% payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the shipment to the Consignee.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: Within 120 calendar days from the date of contract and prepayment.
Delivery of products is delivered by the Supplier's vehicle to the Consignee's offsite warehouse. Packaging and shipping costs to the Consignee's offsite warehouse must be included in the cost of the products.

Comments:
1. Technical questions about the procedure to ask using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. The supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer, the distributor, or the supplier providing an authorised letter or contract sales with the official manufacturer (confirming documents are provided by the member at the same time as the application).

3. Requirements for preparation of a technical and commercial proposal (Form No. 1), list of required documents from the Request for Proposals Member (UL, IP), Signing of the Delivery Agreement, Project Documentation KM are listed in the Documentation Procedure
If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.

4. The priority is offers with minimum price, full grade and quantity of products.

5. The vendor price offer period is at least 120 days.

6. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

7. Proposed products must meet the stated technical requirements (see General Project Data).

8. This request for proposals is not a notification of a contest (public competition) or
public offer and not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus,
This procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil law on the Organizer
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason
or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants!
