Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Prepayment - 30% of the delivery amount. 70% payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the consignment to the Consignee.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: Within 120 calendar days from the date of contract and prepayment.
Delivery of the products is carried out by the Supplier by road to the Consignee's onsite warehouse. Packing and shipping costs to the Consignee's on-site warehouse must be included in the price of the product.

Comments:
1. Ask technical questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. The supplier must be the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's authorized dealer, or the distributor or supplier providing the authorized letter or contract Sales with the official manufacturer (the participant provides supporting documents at the same time as the application).

3. Requirements for preparation of technical and commercial proposal (Form #1), list of required documents from Request for Proposal Participant (JL, SP), signing of the Supply Agreement, project project documentation CMS are specified in the Procedure Docum
If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.

4. Proposals with a minimum price, full range and quantity of products are prioritized.

5. Vendor quotation period is not less than 120 days.

6. The cost of the product must be the same for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

7. The proposed products must meet the specified specifications (see Project General Data).

8. This Request for Proposals does not constitute a notice of competition (public competition) or
public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus,
This procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all Offers received for any reason
or terminate the selection process at any time without any liability to Participants!
