This request serves to study the market for similar solutions and present the budget for a future procurement event.
As part of the response to RFI, it is necessary:

1. Fill out the Participant's Questionnaire, providing it in PDF format (scanned with a signature);
2. Submit documents in accordance with clause 7 of the Terms of Reference.

The package of documents must be sent to the e-mail address ALuzhnev@beeline.ru no later than 18-00 08/03/2020 (in the subject line should indicate "Name of participant / RFI System for the collection, storage and analysis of telematic traffic of network devices of a data network based on information transmitted over the NetFlow protocol, DoS / DDoS attack detection. The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
