Payment terms:
Recommended form of payment: Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. Price with delivery, excluding VAT.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products is carried out by the supplier's road transport.
Shipping costs for delivery are included in the product price.
The required delivery time is within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the specification.
The buyer reserves the right to partially export the entire volume of products in several batches.
Comments: When submitting an Application, the Participant is obliged to agree with the terms and edition of the draft agreement. In case of refusal to conclude an agreement on the terms specified in this documentation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the results of the procurement procedure. Conclusion of an agreement in the form of PJSC ChMK, within 14 working days.
