Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for a batch of Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier’s settlement account upon the fact that the Supplier has fulfilled its obligations within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products and the full set of documents from the Supplier: UPD, invoice, invoice, commodity invoice, copies of quality certificates or technical data sheets. In this case, the application of the conditions of Article 317.1 is excluded. Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
