Acceptance of offers is carried out strictly through the functionality of ETP B2B-center
To the application to be loaded TCH on the letterhead of the organization, certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization with the display of the following information:
- rental cost per unit per month
- terms and conditions of payment;
- the validity period of the offer.
Also, to participate in the competitive selection, it is necessary to submit copies of the following documents:
1) Certificate of state registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
2) Certificate of registration in the IFTS;
3) Notice of registration in the IFTS as the largest taxpayer (if the Organization is registered as the largest taxpayer before 2006, the Certificate of registration as the largest taxpayer);
4) Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
5) Documents confirming the powers of the persons signing the Agreement and the primary documents (orders on appointment of the director and chief accountant, powers of attorney containing the corresponding powers);
6) Accounting statements (Balance sheet (Form 1) and Profit and Loss Statement (Form 2)) on the last reporting date with a note of acceptance of IFTS (including the receipt of TCS, in if the company reports to the IFTS electronically);
7) Certificate from the IFTS on the status of payments on taxes and fees;
8) Founding documents;
9) Licenses required for the provision of the service.
